Application Procedure

In order to become a Depaul Ireland part-time volunteer, you must first complete our application form.*

In the application, we ask to clearly demonstrate how your skills and interests match the general and specific requirements for whichever role you choose. We will also ask that you provide us with the contact information of two people who will complete a personal, professional or educational reference for you.

The application form also includes a Garda Vetting/AccessNI form which must be returned, processed and approved prior to commencement of your volunteer role.

*Please note that we do not accept CV's.


Recruitment, Selection and Induction


When we receive your application, we will give you a confirmation email and/or telephone call. Any incomplete applications which omit the minimum information requested will not be considered. Your application will then be held on file until our next volunteer recruitment round, which generally take place 3-4 times per year.

We reserve the right to retain your information during the recruitment, selection and induction process until the time arises that you have been either successful or unsuccessful in becoming a volunteer.
