Voice of the City

Voice of the City was not your average 'charity ball'. The event was hosted by Sir Trevor McDonald who mixed his own witty banter with the celebratory atmosphere and top class entertainment.
The chairman for the evening Mr Peregrine Ravengarde from Pigeon & Plum's Cabaret (AKA local actor Stephen Beggs) headed up a dazzling array of musical, comedy and performance treats to suit all tastes. When doors opened, the Belfast City Hall Rotunda came alive with quirky entertainment from Caolan McBride, Geoff Hatt & Rachael McCabe and delectable fayre from Grub Catering. The full show in the Great Hall celebrated not only the wealth of talent among Northern Irish performers but also the talent among the people that Depaul Ireland works with every day.
