For many of Depaul's service users, alcohol and drugs have been their only source of comfort for many years, with long-term and often life-threatening health implications.  Depaul provides a supportive environment where people can start to control their drinking or drug dependency, with regular medical check-ups, a keyworker to talk through challenges, successes and next steps and staff around 24 hours a day to provide a friendly smile and a listening ear when its needed most.

One of the main things Depaul staff are asked by service users is how they can rebuild relationships with their family.  This might mean a phone call, their family visiting them in a project or even connecting on Facebook.
